FOR PRODUCT ORDERS

Returns: 

We are unable to exchange adult items due to health and hygiene reasons.

We cannot exchange or refund products that do not meet your expectations or because you have changed your mind.

We are unable to guarantee that our products will please everyone as everyone’s pleasure experience and preferences are different.

Faulty Products:

For faulty products we offer a 30 day replacement warranty from the date you receive your product.  

Before you return your product(s) please:

• Check that you are using the correct batteries.
• Check that you have the batteries inserted correctly.
• Try new batteries.
• For electronic products – are they switched on at the wall and fully charged.

Please keep the original packaging and return the product and packaging.

Faulty products will be replaced with an identical product however if we cannot replace the product you will have the option of choosing another product of the same value or we can offer you a refund for the value of the faulty product.

Delivery:

All orders are delivered via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery time frames are 2 to 3 days for metropolitan however regional may take an extra 3 days for delivery. You can select Express Post on check out.

FOR GET ON TOP PARTY BUS AND EVENT TICKETS

To participate in a Get On Top event you must be 18 years or over.

Get On Top accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons during any Get On Top event, whilst travelling to or from the event or while on the premises of the event. 

Participation in a Get On Top event is considered “at your own risk”. All participants must use due care.

You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against Get On Top or any of its staff members.

Get On Top reserves the right to post any pictures taken during the events on its website and social media channels without asking permission of each individual that are in the pictures. (Discretion will be applied, where appropriate.)

Get On Top reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating in the event or to remove from the event is they are causing undue disruptment. 

Get On Top reserves the right to cancel or amend any Event in the event of weather, accidents, acts of war or terrorism and for any reason that would affect the safety and security of participants. In the event of such cancellation, an alternate date will be scheduled. 

Get On Top will not refund ticket costs due to no shows, change of mind or other circumstances preventing someone from attending.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY PARTICIPATING IN GET ON TOP EVENTS AND TICKING THE BOX DURING THIS REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE GIVING UP ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST GET ON TOP OR STAFF OF GET ON TOP. THIS EXTENDS TO ANY CLAIM MADE BY YOUR FAMILY, ESTATE, HEIRS OR ASSIGNS ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITIES.
